Right of return

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for a similar one if the purchased product does not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose.

Exchange and return

Exchange or return of goods of proper quality is possible within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, unless a longer period for exchange or return of goods has been announced by the seller. Exchange or return of goods is made if they have not been used and if their presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels and the payment document issued by the seller together with the goods are preserved. If at the time of exchange or return the desired goods are not on sale, the consumer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale agreement and return the goods and get a refund.

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", a list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return) has been approved.

26. Linear and sheet metal products, tubular products, lumber, running (skirting board, architraves), panel materials (fiberboard and chipboard, plywood) and glass, cut or cut to size, specified by the buyer (customer).

The seller has no right to refuse to exchange or return goods not included in the list if they meet all the requirements provided for in Article 9 of the Law.
