Return Policy (for Ukraine only)

You can return the goods via "Nova Poshta" or "TC SAT", having previously agreed on all the details with the sales department.

When returning a product of proper quality within 14 days from the date of purchase, the cost of shipping is paid by the buyer. The cost of shipping is calculated according to the carrier's rates depending on the actual / volumetric weight and estimated value of the goods.

If you receive a product that is not what you ordered, is of inadequate quality or does not meet the specifications, we will reimburse the costs.

Only goods of proper quality that have not been used and have no signs of damage: scratches, chips, dents, abrasions, etc. are subject to exchange or return.

Loss or damage of cargo

In case of loss of cargo (partial loss) or damage to cargo (partial damage) during transportation by the carrier, demand full or partial compensation of the cost of the goods from the carrier. When sending cargo from our side, the full cost of the goods will be indicated in the consignment note.
