Вже не перший раз замовляю тут цю овальну трубу 30х15 для гардеробних систем. По самій нержавійці питань немає: якість AISI 201 стабільна, полірування 600 GRIT відмінне, та й ціна, чесно кажучи, найпривабливіша на ринку. Але ставлення до постійних покупців — це просто щось із чимось.
Незважаючи на те, що беру регулярно і великими обсягами, продавець категорично відмовляється йти на зустріч щодо порізки в розмір. Кожен раз одне й те саме: «беріть триметровими шматками». А мені для штаф-купе потрібні конкретні розміри!
У результаті маю купу проблем, яких можна було б уникнути:
Гора відходів: Постійно залишаються обрізки, які нікуди не засунеш, але за які я заплатив.
Переплата за доставку: Нова Пошта за доставку триметрових палиць лупить космічний цінник. Була б порізка — доставка коштувала б копійки.
Зайва робота: Замість того, щоб отримати готові деталі й монтувати, я мушу сам стояти з болгаркою, витрачати час і диски.
Схоже, що через відсутність серйозної конкуренції по цій позиції, хлопці просто розслабилися. Гроші ви мої берете справно, а зробити крок назустріч клієнту — ліньки. Дуже прикро, що такий крутий товар супроводжується таким байдужим сервісом.
