This is a metal pipe with a round cross-section made by tig welding from austenitic non-magnetic stainless steel AISI 201, which has a slightly lower corrosion resistance than the popular AISI 304, but it is cheaper. Therefore, it is often used where maximum corrosion resistance is not required. 84 mm is the outer diameter, and 1.5 mm is the wall thickness of the pipe. Inner diameter = 81 mm. 600 GRIT is an indicator of the roughness of the outer surface of the pipe (this is a fairly smooth surface, like a mirror).
