This is a round metal tube made of AISI 201 stainless steel, with an outer diameter of 21.3 mm, a wall thickness of 3 mm and a surface finish of 600 GRIT. The inner diameter of such a tube is 15.3 mm. AISI 201: This is an austenitic stainless steel. It is an economical analogue of AISI 304, where part of the nickel is replaced by manganese. Although it has a slightly lower corrosion resistance compared to 304 steel, it remains sufficiently resistant to corrosion in many conditions. It is important to note that AISI 201 is less resistant to chlorides and acids. 600 GRIT means a fairly high quality finish, the outer surface of the tube is smooth and has a mirror-like appearance. This finish is often used for decorative purposes.
