This is a welded round thin-walled tube made of AISI 201 stainless steel, with an outer diameter of 48.3 mm, a wall thickness of 1.5 mm and an outer surface finish of 600 GRIT (mirror). The inner diameter of such a tube is 45.3 mm. AISI 201 is a chromium-nickel-manganese austenitic steel, which is an analogue of AISI 304, but with a lower nickel content, which makes it much cheaper. It has average corrosion resistance in atmospheric conditions, but is less resistant to aggressive environments compared to AISI 304.
