AISI 409 | EN 1.4512 | DIN X2CrTi12 - is a ferritic grade of stainless steel. Its chemical composition averages 11% chromium and 1% titanium. It is mainly used to produce sheets, strips and rods. AISI 409 has found its application mainly in the automotive industry and mechanical engineering.

AISI 316HMo | EN 1.4436 | DIN X3CrNiMo17-13-3 - austenitic stainless steel. This is an improved and refined version of grade 316L. The main difference between the grades is the concentration of nickel, molybdenum and chromium additives. Each grade has an increased molybdenum content, which has a significant effect on resistance to corrosion in acids.

AISI 420 | EN 1.4021 | DIN X20Cr13 is used in the hardened and tempered condition in many structural and fastening products where moderate corrosion resistance is required. Optimum corrosion resistance is also achieved with fine grinding or polishing of the surface.

AISI 420 | EN 1.4028 | DIN X30Cr13 is used in the hardened and tempered condition in many structural and fastening products where moderate corrosion resistance is required. Due to the higher carbon content, EN 1.4028 is harder than EN 1.4021 steel.

Titanium stabilization gives AISI 430Ti | EN 1.4510 | DIN X3CrTi17 steel good resistance to intercrystalline corrosion. In addition, titanium also binds sulfur, which leads to better resistance to pitting corrosion. Like all ferritic stainless steel, AISI 430Ti is not sensitive to stress corrosion.
